Close your SCDOR accounts:
- Online at MyDORWAY.dor.sc.gov, or
- By paper with the C-278 Account Closing Form.
Close an Alcohol and Tobacco account via the L-1278 Form.

Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
Make changes to your IRS information:

South Carolina Secretary of State (SCSOS)
Complete the appropriate form from the following list to dissolve/terminate your business registration, or cancel the authority to do business registration with the South Carolina Secretary of State:
- Domestic Corporation Articles of Dissolution
- Foreign Corporation Application for Surrender of Authority
- Domestic LLC Articles of Termination
- Foreign LLC Certificate of Cancellation of Authority to Transact Business
- Domestic Nonprofit Corporation Articles of Dissolution
- Foreign Nonprofit Corporation Application for Certificate of Withdrawal
- Domestic Limited Liability Partnerships Application for Cancellation of Limited Liability Partnership
- Foreign Limited Liability Partnerships Application for Cancellation of Limited Liability Partnership
