Business Licenses are issued locally by the county or municipality where your business is located. There is no South Carolina statewide business license.
You can look up your business location with the SC municipality Association here.
You will need to check with the city/county/town in which your business will be operating. If the business is operating in multiple areas, you will need to check with each city/town/county.
